I’ve lived both sides of life; the wild, adventurous guy who’s always chasing the next challenge, and the Army Ranger who’s been tested in some of the toughest conditions on earth.
After years of service, deployments, and pushing my body and mind past the breaking point, I came home with one clear mission: to help men stop settling for less.
I know the weight of discipline, but I also know the joy of living wide open—laughing hard, training harder, and saying yes to the kind of life that makes you proud to wake up every day.
Through Novus-Life, I bring those worlds together. The structure. The accountability. The fire. And the reminder that life’s too damn short not to go all in.
